- Assist students in developing their portfolios and showreels.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and evaluate student performance.
- Update curriculum and stay current with 3D industry trends and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Autodesk Maya**, **Blender**, or **3ds Max** is essential.
- Strong artistic and technical skills in **modeling**, **texturing**, and **animation**.
- Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and developing creative talent.
