Job description

**Job Title**:Digital Content Creator

**Location**: Noida

**Job Type**:Full-Time

**Salary**:₹4 to ₹6 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering their requirements and ensuring their expectations are met.

2. Understand client brand guidelines, objectives, and voice to align social media content accordingly.

3. Provide regular updates, performance reports, and insights to clients, addressing their feedback and making necessary adjustments.

4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring open communication and a high level of satisfaction.

5. Manage design creation and oversee the posting of content on social media platforms to maintain brand consistency.

6. Create and design engaging social media content (graphics, videos, GIFs, etc.) using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva.

7. Post and schedule daily content on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) using scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

8. Monitor daily performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and track KPIs to optimize future posts.

9. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions, building a strong presence for clients.

10. Stay updated with current social media trends, platform updates, and content formats to ensure the agency stays competitive and innovative.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
1. 3 to 5 years of experience in client handling, social media management, graphic design, and video editing.

2. Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.

3. Proficiency in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere or Canva’s video editor.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle clients and coordinate with internal teams.

5. Strong time management and multitasking abilities to juggle multiple client projects and daily social media activities.

6. Understanding of digital marketing strategies and a passion for staying updated with social media trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
