**Key Requirement for the Position**
- Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for translating the client requirements into appropriate technology solutions leveraging appropriate technology platforms and solutions.
- Responsible to position the right solutions/ services to the customer and coordinate with sales team for deal closure.
- Build a knowledge base for technical solutions - reference architecture & solutions approach.
- Train, mentor and groom the team for solutions design & development.
- Technology Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Infrastructure & Security design / implementation experience.
- Solutions Architecture experience on Azure/ M365 platforms is preferred.
- Relevant certifications would be an advantage.
- Cloud specialist with proven skills in Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Behavioral Skills
- Ability to learn/adapt quickly to new technologies as per the business need.
- Ability to handle multiple opportunities in a highly demanding environment.
- Ability to build confidence and successful relationships with customers.
- Ability to manage & lead teams to improve their contribution and performance
