Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our team. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for developing compelling and persuasive written content across various mediums to effectively communicate our brand's message to our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the brand's tone, voice, and target audience to ensure consistency in messaging.

Conduct thorough research to gather information and insights on target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform copywriting strategies.

Develop clear and compelling headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action that drive customer engagement and conversions.

Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas, develop creative concepts, and ensure the copy aligns with visual elements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance copywriting skills and contribute innovative ideas.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their specific copy needs and deliver high-quality content within established deadlines.

Conduct periodic audits and analyses of existing copy to identify areas for improvement and optimize messaging for better performance.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of written work.

Excellent command of the English, hindi and gujarati language, including exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.

Ability to understand and adapt to different brand voices and writing styles.

Solid research skills to gather information and create compelling, fact-based content.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in using digital tools and software for content creation and editing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
