Store Sales Executive

Operational Roles and Responsibilities:

- Maximize revenue through sell-out plans.
- Coach,Guide and mentor Promoters and Merchandisers to maximize their performance.
- Use data to identify gaps in the system and revenue actualization.
- Analise counter-level opportunities, lost sales and potential sales to improve the sales outlet level.
- Optimize PO collection and supply effectively to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage people level BCP at the unit level
- Manage the infrastructure at the outlet
- Coordinate with central terms to ensure sales operations are run in the most effective manner possible
- share daily weekly monthly reports and action plans to OM and sales head on the periodic manner.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
