The Manpower Audit Executive is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s workforce is optimized, compliant, and aligned with its strategic goals. The role involves evaluating manpower utilization, verifying employee records, conducting audits to ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, and identifying areas for cost optimization or process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Manpower Analysis**:
- Conduct regular audits of workforce allocation across departments.
- Assess manpower efficiency and identify gaps or redundancies.
- Review organizational structure and recommend improvements.
**Compliance and Verification**:
- Verify employee records, contracts, attendance, and payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Highlight and report discrepancies or non-compliance issues.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, observations, and recommendations.
- Maintain and update manpower audit documentation for future reference.
**Cost and Productivity Optimization**:
- Identify cost-saving opportunities related to workforce management.
- Recommend strategies for improving employee productivity.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to gather necessary data.
- Provide recommendations to management for workforce planning and restructuring.
**Training and Awareness**:
- Educate department heads and employees on compliance requirements.
- Develop tools and processes to facilitate ongoing manpower audits.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in HR audits, manpower planning, or workforce analysis.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) and auditing tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
