**JOB RESONSIBILITY AND SCOPE OF AUTHORITY**

**Position: - **Executive - Accounts Payable
**Area of Function / Department**: - Finance & Accounts
**Reporting To: -** Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts
**Reporting from**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily booking of Medical Purchases in all the units SWPL.
- Daily booking of Retail Cash Sales and Credit Sales in all the units SWPL.
- Booking and collating data from all the units of SWPL on daily basis.
- Vendors reconciliation and confirmations on monthly basis.
- Booking of General Expenses of all the SWPL units.
- Reconciliation of Sales and Purchases booked in books as per Tally and Marg.
- Booking and Checking calculation and other details of Salary sheet with ESI, PF, LWF of SWPL unit.
- Booking of Credit/Debit Note and reconciliation the same with vendor.
- Resolve any issues with vendors on immediate basis.
- Cash Reconciliation of SWPL unit.
- Booking Stock Transfer Entry In all SWPL units.
- Preparation of TDS data and payment entry of the same of all SWPL units.
- Monthly Preparation of GST Data for filing of GST returns of all SWPL Units and reconciliation.
- Monthly preparation of Profit & Loss Accounts of all the SWPL units.
- Booking of Advance/Imperest/Staff deduction.

**Reports**
- Preparation of Creditors Aging Reports monthly basis with remarks of the entire SWPL unit.
- Preparation of Advances to Vendors/Staffs Advance and other debit balance reports with remarks for all unit of SWPL.

**Qualification**
- Graduation in Commerce Stream with 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
