We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Affiliate and Performance Marketer** to join our marketing team. This role focuses on building, managing, and optimizing affiliate marketing programs and performance-based digital campaigns. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing partnerships, and ensuring that marketing efforts are cost-effective and ROI-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Affiliate Program Management**:

- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliate partners.
- Develop and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to increase traffic and revenue.
- Monitor affiliate performance, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Create marketing materials and tools to support affiliate partners.
- Negotiate contracts and commission structures with affiliates to maximize profitability.
- **Performance Marketing**:

- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on ROI, CPA, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives.
- Test and iterate on campaigns to improve conversions and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct A/B testing of landing pages, creatives, and audience targeting.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, report, and analyze performance data across all marketing channels.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign data and market trends.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, and ad management dashboards to monitor and analyze data.
- **Partnership Development**:

- Identify and pursue new affiliate partnership opportunities.
- Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and digital publishers to expand affiliate networks.
- Work closely with partners to co-develop campaigns and promotional strategies.
- **Budget Management**:

- Allocate and manage the performance marketing budget to maximize returns.
- Monitor spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget and are cost-effective.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- ROI on affiliate and performance marketing campaigns.
- Cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and conversion rate.
- Growth in affiliate network and partnerships.
- Revenue generated through affiliate programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
