**Job Title**: Production Supervisor

**Location**: Dharwad, Karnataka, India

**Salary**: Up to 20,000 INR per month

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in production or related field; freshers are also encouraged to apply

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate production activities, including machine operations, assembly, and packaging, to meet daily production targets.
- Train and mentor production operators to ensure they understand and adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and resolve issues or inefficiencies that may impact production output or quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of production areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking raw materials, components, and finished goods, and coordinating with procurement and logistics teams as needed.
- Collaborate with quality control inspectors to conduct product inspections, address quality issues, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, downtime, scrap, and quality control data.
- Communicate production goals, targets, and performance metrics to production team members, and provide feedback and support to help them achieve objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing operations; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
