**Key Responsibilities**

Stay current with innovative teaching methods and incorporate technology into the classroom when appropriate.

**Research**:Conduct original research in the field of physics.
Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
Seek external funding for research projects when applicable.
Collaborate with other faculty members and researchers.

**Service**:Participate in departmental and university committees and meetings.
Contribute to the development and assessment of the physics curriculum.
Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
Engage in outreach activities to promote physics education and awareness.

**Professional Development**:Stay current with advancements in the field of physics.
Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Pursue opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.
