Bansal Classes, a prestigious educational institute in Delhi, is currently seeking a motivated and proactive Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the admissions process, providing them with necessary information and ensuring a smooth transition into our educational programs. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about education and dedicated to helping students make informed decisions about their academic future.

**Note**: Only for women

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about Bansal Classes' courses, programs, admission requirements, and enrolment procedures.
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to assess prospective students' interests, academic background, and career aspirations, and guide them towards suitable educational pathways.
- Present Bansal Classes' educational offerings at school fairs, educational exhibitions, and other relevant events to attract prospective students and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders to promote Bansal Classes and enhance the institute's reputation in the community.
- Conduct interviews or assessments, as required, to evaluate prospective students' suitability for specific programs or courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and their parents regarding any missing documents, additional information, or clarification needed for the admission process.
- Provide guidance on financial aid options, scholarships, and payment plans available to students, and assist them in making informed decisions regarding funding their education.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an admission counsellor or in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and parents.
- Sound knowledge of the education industry, admission processes, and requirements for various academic programs.
- Familiarity with student recruitment strategies, marketing techniques, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating with admissions staff, faculty, and other departments.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
- Enthusiasm for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic goals.
