**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Approach, engage, and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions from our wide range of products.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Damro’s product range, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain customization options, warranties, and after-sales services.
- **Showroom Management**:

- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Arrange and display products as per company guidelines.
- Assist in stock management and inventory checks.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Participate in daily meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the store manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Minimum 10+2; graduation preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or consumer durables. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Customer-oriented with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Presentable, confident, and proactive.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
