Coordinate calls with clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.
- Manage and update product listings and inventory on Shopify and WordPress.
- Perform data management and analysis using Excel to track sales, orders, and customer data.
- Handle social media accounts, create and schedule posts to engage with the audience.
- Create basic designs for marketing materials using Canva.
- Assist with promotional campaigns and ensure product pages are optimized for SEO.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background - Any Graduate.**

**Skillset**:

- 6 Months-1 year of experience in e-commerce, website management, or social media marketing.
- **Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.**:

- Experience with Shopify and WordPress.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Basic design skills using Canva.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
