**Job Title**: Back Office Executive

**Experience**: 1 Year
**Location**: Tathawade.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle data entry and maintain databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.
- Coordinate with front-office staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain reports as required by management.
- Manage and organize company files and documents (digital and physical).
- Support the HR, finance, or operations team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a back-office or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce or Business Administration).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ERP/CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or HR functions (depending on the department).
- Problem-solving attitude and team collaboration.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
