Providing day to day support to business users for recurring SAP EWM issues involving configuration and or processes via resolution of Incidents and CRs.
- Identifying the root cause and solving Incidents within Business SLA.
- Monitoring, managing and resolving of failed ECC EWM queues with debugging.

**Primary Skills**:

- Should be able to handle day day ECC EWM Queue monitoring including ability to analyse the queue debug if required and identify the problem area do the necessary correction and reprocess the queue.
- Should be adept at functional analysis debugging skills are welcome but not prerequisite and doing RCA handling Incidents CRs problem ticket resolution in AMS environment.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Preferably with EWM Certification.
- Good Knowledge in Crossdocking and Voice Picking.
- Good knowledge in Auto wave process.
