**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for app features.
- Optimize UI/UX designs for better performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Ensure consistency in app design through standard UI guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest Android design principles and trends.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Android Studio and Material Design guidelines.
- Experience in creating responsive layouts for various screen sizes.
- Familiarity with Android UI components like RecyclerView, ConstraintLayout, etc.
- Good understanding of design systems, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to translate complex user requirements into simple, elegant solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Kotlin or Java is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working on e-commerce or B2B apps.
- Familiarity with animations and transitions in Android apps.
- Knowledge of user research and A/B testing.
