**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create logos, brochures, banners, flyers, and digital marketing materials.
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and management teams to understand project needs.
- Edit and enhance images and videos for marketing campaigns (basic video editing preferred).
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software.
- Bonus: Support mobile app UI/UX design tasks, creating wireframes and interfaces when needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong design aesthetic.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing design work (academic, freelance, or client projects).

**Added Advantage**:

- Experience or knowledge in Mobile App UI Design (creating app screens, wireframes, basic UX understanding).
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.

**Educational Qualification**:
Any degree/diploma/certification in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or equivalent experience.
