Coordinate requirements with stakeholders to define app and web experiences for consumer-facing products and document the same (experience with BRD and SRS)-
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and preferences and lead to Ideation, planning and analysis-
Produce design solutions using sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups which are-
responsive for different screen sizes of Tablets, iPad, iPhones, Androids, browsers-
have elements with size and position proportionality with the other elements and the background-
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure project consistency-
Provide necessary design assets and specifications-
Present your work to partners and stakeholders-
Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concept-
Create UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly show how sites / apps work and look-
Keep an eye on the latest UX/UI trends, including AI's impact on design, such as Generative AI tools, to enhance design workflows-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define project goals- **Requirements**:
- Should know the fundamentals of aesthetics and visual design-
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Top tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Mural & HotJar)-
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote, or Sketch, InVision, InDesign, CoreDRAW-
Essential skills such as UI Styling, User-Centered Design Processes, Wireframing & Prototyping using tools like Adobe XD, Usability Testing, and more-
Skills in Graphic design, motion design, illustration, layouts, printing and photo editing-
Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.-
2+ years of experience in design or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.-
Familiarity with web development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS), responsive design principles and mobile app design.-
Have broking and financial domain knowledge.-
Have good communication skills.**Salary**:5-8 Lacs (Fixed CTC)
