**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver guest service of high standard and in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Prepare for service by ensuring:
- Outlet equipment is clean, sorted and stored
- All stations are prepared with all requisite supplies
- All par stock levels are available
- Outlet is ready for service with all equipment working at optimum condition
- Carry out effective service by ensuring:
- Guest is greeted as per company procedures
- Any specials on menu items are explained and up sold
- Orders are taken quickly and processed accurately
- Payment methods are handled accurately
- Working areas are cleaned and re-set quickly
- Used equipment and sink are immediately cleaned
- Guest is bid farewell with a warm comment
- Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
- Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled
- Demonstrates recipe knowledge for all products and ensure quality food serve to the guest and eliminate waste
- Assures that all kitchen personnel and servers are aware of specials, presentations and prices
- Assist personnel in checking all coolers and storage areas for cleanliness, quantity and quality of food products and to assure proper presentation and requisitioning procedures are followed.
- Prepares work checklist and organize workstations for each shift, maintaining high levels of productivity and sanitation at all times.
- Manage and controls the portioning and rotation of foods to contain food costs while maintaining the standards of Brand.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
