**Role Overview**

- We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

- You'll be responsible for producing engaging visual content that communicates Supersourcings brand and values across digital platforms from social media creatives to website assets, pitch decks, and more.

- This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about design, curious about startups, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to design high-quality visuals

- Support branding efforts by maintaining visual consistency across channels

- Edit and adapt templates, icons, logos, illustrations and presentations

- Assist in designing decks for internal and external communications

- Work closely with senior designers and copywriters for creative brainstorming and execution

- Stay updated with design trends, especially in SaaS, tech, and B2B sectors

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 year of experience as a graphic designer

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign,) Coral draw, Canva, Figma, AI for design

- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding

- A well-rounded design portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail

- Good communication skills and the ability to handle feedback is must

- Ability to manage time and multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

- Bonus (Good to Have)

- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro)

- Understanding of B2B marketing or startup branding

- Basic knowledge of Webflow, Invideo, veed.io, google sheet,

google slides, ms office for design integration

- Exposure to tools like Notion, Trello, basechamp or Slack
