**Client Relationship Executive**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Interaction**:

- Act as the primary liaison for new and existing clients, guiding them through our services and programs.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide personalized recommendations based on client needs.
- **Coordination and Scheduling**:

- Manage appointment bookings, follow-ups, and rescheduling.
- Coordinate between clients and wellness professionals (e.g., lactation consultants, therapists, nutritionists) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Client Experience Management**:

- Gather and document feedback to continuously improve client experience.
- Monitor client progress and maintain regular communication to address concerns or provide encouragement.
- Handle client issues or complaints with tact and escalate them when necessary.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Support client retention initiatives by recommending loyalty programs or upcoming workshops.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles (preferably in wellness, healthcare, or hospitality).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for supporting maternal health and wellness is a plus.

Experience - 0 to 2 years

Qualification - Bsc (Nutrition & Dietics)

Pay: Up to ₹264,000.00 per year
