**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Design high-quality internal creatives to support various teams and initiatives.
- Create visually compelling marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and digital assets.
- Develop engaging social media content, including graphics, infographics, and other visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and creativity across all designs and marketing channels.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance creative output.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork.
- (preferred) Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with print and digital design requirements.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

**Experience**
- 2-3 years of experience with a portfolio showcasing work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
