Role Overview

Role:
management on site for executing HSE requirements based on site’s expectation, Solvay
group’s procedure and legal requirements.
- Assisting implementation of applicable regulatory requirements of HSE.
- HSE Training and education - Prepare HSE training modules, HSE orientation to employees, contractors and visitors.
- Compliance to refresher training requirements and toolbox talk.
- Contribution for development of positive safety culture through effective communication, walking the talk, encouragement and timely service to stakeholders.
- HSE Audit - Fact finding of the observations, Checking and inspection of HSE norms and guidelines for the compliances.
- Support in deployment of HSE management system.
- Risk assessment, Implementation of Work permit system and Life saving rules Accident investigation
- Assistance for operation of ETP & Hazardous waste management
- Support in managing Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Health
- Support in managing Fire prevention and suppression systems & coordination with Occupation health center.
- HSE inventory management
- Demonstrate assertive leadership by setting an example for believing and executing purpose of HSE practices.

**Qualification**:

- Trained HSE person having 2 to 5 yrs experience in the field of Safety health and environment.
M.Sc. Environment + PDIS or B.E. + PDIS.
- Skill: Basic computer skill.
- Language proficiency: English speaking and writing.
