- The first Six months will be the night shift then the shift will be rotational as per the project requirement.

**Job Role Description**:
As a Data Research Associate, you will focus on searching, collecting and analyzing accurate data from platforms like LinkedIn, Google Maps, and the web to support business decisions for international clients. Your role involves searching accurate data, maintaining databases, ensuring data quality, supporting internal teams with insights, and handling multiple international projects. Attention to detail, adaptability, strong research skills, and basic data analysis are key to this position. Data Researchers play a key role in driving client growth through research-driven insights.
- **Data Research for US/UK Business Houses** through LinkedIn Research, Google Map Research, and Web Research.
- **Data Management** by uploading the searched data into MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and proper organization.
- Perform a **quality check** on the uploaded data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Handle **multiple projects** simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- **Database Management** to maintain and update internal databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for ongoing projects.
- **Documentation of Research Processes** to document methodologies and processes used in data collection and analysis, ensuring reproducibility and compliance with company standards.
- **Market Trend Analysis** by monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams** to provide data-driven insights that inform marketing, sales, and product strategies.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting** by analyzing collected data to identify trends and insights, and preparing comprehensive reports to support business decisions.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent English Communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge - (MS Word and MS Excel and Google spreadsheet Efficiency)
- Internet Savvy
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI concepts

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Understanding of backend processes in e-commerce portals (preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and data interpretation
- Certifications in the following areas will be considered an advantage:

- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Zoho, Zendesk, HubSpot, and Hootsuite
- Prior experience in international voice processes, especially with Amazon CSOS and A63, will be a strong plus
