Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
- Develop design concepts and presentations that effectively communicate proposed solutions.
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications for construction and installation.
- Select materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the project's aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized during the construction phase.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Proven experience (insert number of years) in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Passion for design, creativity, and innovation.
- LEED accreditation (preferred but not required).
