**Role Overview** We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our team. In this role, you will help bring our brand to life by creating visually compelling designs that communicate our vision and engage our audience. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to design ad creatives, illustrations, graphics, and other digital assets that align with Tealfeed’s brand identity. **Key Responsibilities**
- ** Ad Creatives Design**: Create eye-catching ad creatives for campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, display ads, etc.).
- ** Illustrations**: Develop custom illustrations that enhance our brand story and support marketing initiatives.
- ** Marketing Collateral**: Design marketing assets such as banners, flyers, presentations, infographics, and social media graphics.
- ** Brand Identity**: Ensure all designs are consistent with Tealfeed’s brand identity, tone, and style guidelines.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and execute design concepts.
- ** Digital Design**: Create web-based graphics and visuals that align with the platform’s goals and user experience.
- ** Creative Exploration**: Experiment with new styles and visual techniques to push the creative boundaries of the brand.
- ** Feedback Incorporation**: Accept constructive feedback from the team and make revisions to improve the final output.

**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Experience**: Prior experience (academic, freelance, or internship) in creating ad creatives, social media posts, marketing assets, illustrations, and graphics for web and digital platforms
- ** Design Tools**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools like Figma, Canva, or similar.
- ** Creative Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, especially illustrations, graphics, and ad creatives.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on creating pixel-perfect designs with attention to usability and aesthetics.
- ** Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback into design work.
- ** Passion for Design**: Eagerness to learn, explore design trends, and grow as a designer.
