Help **Duties** - You will provide specialized nursing administrative management for Navy beneficiaries enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP). - You will collaborate with EFMP personnel and higher authority to assess and address unique healthcare needs of Navy families with exceptional family members. - You will maintain accurate records of any care plans and assessments for the EFM and any communication with the service member or their family. - You will attend EFMP team meetings and collaborate with key stakeholders to improve support for Navy families with exceptional family members. - You will uphold ethical and professional standards while delivering compassionate nursing care to Navy families in the EFMP.
