**Job Description:

As a Marketing assistant you will work towards creating advertising and promotional programs for our hotel. The goal of hotel marketing is to increase the profitability of a hotel by enhancing how the hotel is directed to potential guests.Hotel marketing requires professionals to understand a hotel's mission and goals.

**Duties and Responsibilities:

- **
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
- Executing the sales strategy of the hotel with the ultimate objective of maximizing revenues across all revenue generating outlets to include bedrooms, meetings and events, and food and beverage.
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
- Coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet customer needs.

**Requirements and Skills:

- **
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant preferably in a hotel industry would be a added advantage.
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Exquisite communication and people skills.

**Qualification:

- **
- High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
