**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (as per INC & State Nursing Council norms).
- Strong knowledge of nursing concepts, procedures, and clinical skills.
- Good communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Empathetic and student-focused approach.

Pay: ₹8,452.93 - ₹46,092.71 per month
