**CNC Grinding Operator Job Duties**

A **CNC Grinding Operator** is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC grinding machines to produce precision components. Their key responsibilities include:
**1. Machine Setup & Operation**
- Read and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders** to determine machine settings.
- Select, install, and adjust **grinding wheels, fixtures, and tools** based on job specifications.
- Set up and calibrate CNC grinding machines, ensuring **proper alignment and tooling**.
- Load raw materials or workpieces onto the machine and secure them properly.

**2. Grinding Process Execution**
- Program and input **CNC codes, offsets, and parameters** for accurate grinding.
- Monitor the **grinding process, feed rate, and cutting speed** to ensure quality output.
- Perform **precision grinding operations** on metal or non-metal workpieces to meet tight tolerances.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain **dimensional accuracy and surface finish**.

**3. Quality Control & Inspection**
- Use **measuring instruments** (micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM, etc.) to inspect finished components.
- Verify that **dimensions, tolerances, and surface quality** meet technical specifications.
- Identify and correct **defects, errors, or inconsistencies** in grinding operations.

**4. Maintenance & Safety**
- Perform **routine maintenance** on CNC grinding machines, such as lubrication and cleaning.
- Replace worn-out **grinding wheels, tool inserts, and machine parts** as required.
- Follow all **safety procedures and PPE guidelines** to maintain a safe work environment.
- Report machine malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

**5. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain **records of production, inspections, and machine performance**.
- Fill out **job cards, process sheets, and quality reports** accurately.
- Collaborate with **supervisors, engineers, and quality teams** for process improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,150.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
