**About the Role**: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team at CashKaro. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced marketing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Content Creation and Posting: Assist in creating visually appealing posts, reels, and stories for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Support in writing engaging captions and copy tailored to the audience.- Social Media Calendar Management: Help plan and schedule posts in alignment with the monthly content calendar. Ensure timely and consistent posting across all platforms.- Trend Spotting and Ideation: Monitor trends on social media to brainstorm creative content ideas. Suggest and experiment with new formats and platform features to boost engagement.- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media accounts. Build relationships with followers and actively engage with the community.- Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics like engagement, reach, and impressions. Assist in preparing reports with actionable insights to improve performance.**Must-Have Skills**
- Creative Thinking: Ability to come up with fresh ideas and innovative social media strategies.- Content Development Skills: Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar.- Trend Awareness: Understanding of current social media trends, memes, and platform updates.- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to write concise, engaging captions and communicate effectively with the audience.
