Dgps Surveyor

**Job Summary**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and conduct DGPS surveys in accordance with project requirements.
- Set up and operate DGPS equipment (RTK/PPK) for high-precision geospatial data collection.
- Establish and verify ground control points (GCPs) for aerial mapping and geodetic surveys.
- Integrate DGPS data with GIS, CAD, or photogrammetric workflows.
- Prepare and submit accurate survey reports, drawings, and coordinate logs.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot DGPS and surveying instruments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality protocols, and data integrity procedures.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, drone pilots, and GIS technicians during projects.
- **Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Surveying**, **Geomatics**, **Civil Engineering**, or related field.
- Minimum 2 -3 **years of experience** in DGPS/GNSS-based survey work (RTK, PPK, static).
- Working knowledge of **Total Station**, **Auto Level**, and **geodetic instruments** is preferred.
- Familiarity with software tools like **ArcGIS**, **QGIS**, **AutoCAD**, **Civil 3D**, or **Pix4D**.
- Strong understanding of **coordinate systems**, **projections**, and **datum transformation**.
- Basic knowledge of **drone photogrammetry** and **GCP placement** is a plus.
- Physical ability to work in the field, including rough terrain or variable weather.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
