Spinning Mills Supervisor

The Spinning Mills Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of spinning mills to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards. This role involves supervising a team of spinning machine operators, monitoring production processes, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and manage the spinning mills operations, including overseeing spinning machine operators and ensuring their adherence to established procedures and safety guidelines.

2. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, productivity goals, and delivery schedules.

3. Conduct regular inspections of spinning machines and equipment to identify potential malfunctions or maintenance needs.

4. Collaborate with maintenance personnel to coordinate preventive maintenance activities and minimize machine downtime.

5. Train and mentor spinning machine operators on proper machine operation, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.

6. Identify and address performance issues or skill gaps among team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

7. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 per month
