**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging **video content, animations, and motion graphics** for branding, marketing, product launches, and client campaigns.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI platforms (e.g., **Synthesia, Runway ML, Pictory**).
- Develop explainer videos, social media creative, reels, and animated storytelling pieces aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and development teams to translate ideas into impactful visual communication.
- Manage multiple video projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain and evolve the visual style guide and branding across digital platforms.
- Create visually compelling and brand-aligned digital and print materials including brochures, **banners, logos, packaging, social media posts, presentations, and UI elements.**:

- Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and creativity.
- Conduct visual audits and contribute to the development of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated on design, AI technology, and video marketing trends to bring innovation into campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and marketing planning meetings to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Oversee junior designers or freelancers, providing feedback, mentorship, and quality assurance.
- Prepare final artwork and ensure all design deliverables are optimized for web, print, and mobile.
- Ensure all design outputs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with usability best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field from a regular/full-time university or institution.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic or visual design.
- Proven experience in digital marketing agencies, IT companies or media production firm.
- Experience working with AI tools for video creation like Synthesia, Runway ML, Pictory, Lumen5, etc.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Expertise with Figma or Sketch for UI/UX and graphic design.
- Strong knowledge of storyboarding, animation principles, transitions, and effects.
- Knowledge of AI-powered content tools is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication both verbal & written, presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects, animations, graphic design work and motion work (AI Based work is a plus).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
