**Responsibilities**:

- Support the innovation-related activities from EMEA aligned with global business strategies, such as managing invention disclosures and the related grant procedures before the IP offices in cooperation with the patent attorneys involved in the EMEA region.
- Actively participate in the internal patent review committees.
- Perform prior art searches, and freedom-to-operate searches from time to time.
- Conduct IP trainings on a regular basis.
- Connect, engage, and communicate with others effectively at all levels and build strong relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in electro engineering or electronics.
- Patent agent credentials with 5+ years PQE, preferably inhouse.
- Prior prosecution experience.
- Patent searching experience relating to validity analyses, clearance analyses, design-around options, and third party patent monitoring.
- Highly motivated and proactive, strategic thinking and business-affinity, able to set priorities and manage high workload, customer focused, excellent interpersonal/communication skills, open-minded.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English
