Job Title: Primary Grade English Language Teacher

Location: The Pride School, Hingna, Nagpur

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive English language curriculum for primary grade students, incorporating reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, using a variety of teaching strategies and materials.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves, take risks, and engage actively in language learning activities.
- Introduce students to a range of age-appropriate literature, including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and plays, and facilitate discussions to promote critical thinking and comprehension.
- Teach phonics, vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure in a way that is accessible and engaging for young learners, building a strong foundation for language acquisition.
- Assess students' language proficiency and progress through ongoing formative assessments, quizzes, projects, and standardized tests, and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students, including English language learners and students with diverse learning abilities or special needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share students' progress, discuss strategies for support, and provide resources for extending learning at home.
- Stay informed about best practices in English language teaching, educational research, and technology integration, and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax.
- Knowledge of language acquisition theories, literacy development strategies, and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young learners and create a positive learning environment.
- Creativity in designing engaging and interactive lessons that promote active participation and learning.
- Patience, empathy, and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development as an educator.
- Passion for fostering a love of language and literature in young learners and helping them achieve their full potential in English language proficiency.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
