**Position Overview**: _Experience not required. _As a Fresher Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing relaxation and therapeutic massages to clients in a professional and courteous manner. This entry-level position does not require prior experience or knowledge in massage therapy, as comprehensive training will be provided by the employer. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for helping others and are eager to learn the art of massage therapy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Interaction:_ Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the massage center or spa.
- Training and Development:_ Participate in the provided training program to gain a solid understanding of basic massage therapy principles, anatomy, and physiology.
- Client Assessments:_ Assess clients' conditions and specific concerns to tailor massage sessions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Professionalism:_ Maintain a professional and ethical attitude at all times, ensuring client confidentiality and adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene:_ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring massage rooms and equipment are properly sanitized and prepared for each client.
- Record Keeping:_ Maintain accurate records of client information, treatment notes, and progress to ensure continuity of care.
- Communication: _Communicate effectively with clients, actively listening to their needs and providing relevant feedback and recommendations.
- Sales and Upgrades:_ Assist in promoting massage services and any special packages offered by the spa, aiming to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Self-Care:_ Practicing self-care and wellness to ensure physical and mental well-being while providing massage services.

**Requirements**:

- Education_: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in massage therapy is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills:_ Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to understand clients' needs effectively.
- Physical Fitness:_ Possess physical stamina and strength to perform massages for extended periods.
- Customer Service:_ Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
- Team Player:_ Ability to work well with colleagues and other spa staff in a collaborative and supportive manner.
- Flexibility:_ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the demands of the business.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 1 week
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
