An **Odoo and ERP Runner** is responsible for executing, monitoring, and ensuring smooth operation of Odoo ERP processes in real-time. In manufacturing, they act as a bridge between shop-floor operations and the ERP system, making sure production, inventory, and workflow updates are properly captured and maintained in Odoo.
## **Key Responsibilities**

1. **System Execution & Monitoring**
- Run scheduled Odoo processes for manufacturing orders, inventory, and procurement.
- Monitor background jobs, workflows, and ensure error-free execution of tasks.
- Track and manage automated actions (like material requests, stock moves, production orders).

2. **Manufacturing Operations Support**
- Ensure production orders (MO) are properly triggered, tracked, and closed in Odoo.
- Validate Bill of Materials (BOM) usage and consumption updates.
- Support machine operators and supervisors in using Odoo for recording real-time production data.

3. **Inventory & Material Movement**
- Run and monitor Odoo transactions related to raw material issuance and finished goods receipt.
- Ensure correct stock moves between warehouses, shop floor, and finished goods stores.
- Reconcile stock discrepancies between physical and ERP records.

4. **Quality & Compliance**
- Assist in recording quality checks, inspections, and rework transactions in Odoo.
- Ensure that compliance and traceability requirements are updated in ERP for audits.

5. **User & Process Support**
- Act as first-line support for production staff facing Odoo-related issues.
- Train and guide shop-floor users on Odoo transactions.
- Escalate unresolved technical/system errors to ERP/Odoo developers or IT team.

6. **Reporting & Analysis**
- Generate daily/weekly reports on production, stock, and process efficiency.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as production output, downtime, and stock variance.

7. **Process Optimization**
- Identify bottlenecks in ERP workflow and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with ERP administrators or developers for system customization needs.
