- Ability to describe various dishes in a visual manner
- Ability to remember different offerings on the menu and offer alternatives to the guest.
- Ability to remember guest preferences
- Ability to understand guests of varied cultural, social and ethnic origins and offer services accordingly.
- Ability to plan, organise and execute.
