Responsible for entire unit Operations (OPD, IPD, OT, Emergency, Customer Care, Billing & Financial counselling, Admissions, Housekeeping Services)
- Responsible for P & L by operational cost control and conversion of cases
- Working towards ensuring quality and value for money for patients.
- Experienced in conceptualization and implementation of SOPs, Process Improvement, Resource allocation, Costing and Utilization
- Overseeing day-to-day management in emergency, OPD, IP and other patient service area for smother functions.
- Planning and implementing strategic changes to improve service delivery in patient service areas like Emergency, Radiology, Labs, OPs and IP areas.
- Skilled in designing Policy, Project management, Budgetary control, Vendor negotiations, Procurement and Facility Expansion. To be Focused on LAMA and DAMA to improve bed Occupancy rate.
- Responsible for Patient footfall generation, ensuring patient flow mgmt. / satisfaction in hospital, revenue & target achievement, meeting expense budget.
- Manage and ensure coordination within medical and non-medical services to deliver on service quality standards
- Liaising with various Civil Firms and other Government organizations to follow the rules and regulations defined by the Government Bodies for OP and IP facilities.
- Responsible for orientation, supervision, conducting periodical evaluation of the Staff to ensure consistency and adherence to policies and procedure.
- Preparing and analysing MIS reports to evaluate the performance of all clinical departments and coordinating with top management to prepare the strategic business plan to achieve the targeted revenue.
- Responsible for quality assurance and cost control measures
- Good coordination with In-house Consultant, Referral Consultant and with Visiting Consultant.
- Overseeing Housekeeping & F&B services
- Ensuring Compliance towards the Audits.
- Responsible in training operational staffs on SOPs, recovery protocols operational functions, soft skills and NABH protocols.

Qualification : Graduates
Experience: Above 5yrs, need hospital Exp

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
