**Position -** Interior Designer
**Location -** Gurgaon
**Experience -** 1-4 Years
Interior Designer is responsible for producing high quality project design deliverable inconstruction documents. An Interior Designer can work on any/all phases of developmentincluding Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentsand Construction Administration. They report to team Associate/Director on tasks anddeliverable and work directly with him/her to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completionon-time, on/under
- budget, and meeting quality standards. Responsibilities and Duties:Coordination with Various consultants and keeping design intentintact while gettingfunctionality and cost in place and following remain main roles responsibility. Concept development is a must and 3D rendering can be bonus. Produce sets of production documents in both design development (DD) and CD phasesMaintain a daily task list for assigned projects discussing time allotments, schedules, andDelegations. Assist project teams to ensure delays are adequately documented and mitigatedPrepare for regular project team meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables, andMilestones. Communicate directly with Client agents, subcontractors, and consultantsWrite clear, articulate meeting and communications notes. Supervising Estimation from estimation of ensuring correct specifications.
**Qualifications and Skills**:Min. Education qualification - Interior Designing full time course.
**Minimum project scale - **Completion minimum two projects in typology of High EndResidences
**Salary**: ₹10,846.86 - ₹45,000.00 per month
