**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor the batching plant to produce high-quality concrete.
- Maintain proper ratios of raw materials as per the production schedule.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of batching plant equipment.
- Ensure timely production to meet project deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Keep accurate records of production activities and inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a batching plant operator.
- Strong knowledge of batching plant operations and equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
