Position Name: Junior Executive (Accounts Payable)
Experience: 1+ years of exp
Job Location: Mira Road (Head Office) Mumbai
Qualification: B.M.S in Any Specialization, BFA in Any Specialization, B.Com in Any Specialization
**Skills**:1) Good Knowledge in GST/TDS (Mandate)
2) Must - Good Communication skills
3) General Accounting
4) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
5) Working effectively within the accounts team and with other departments.
6) Maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial data.
Role Description:
1) Process all invoices on daily basis.
2) Compliance related to GST & TDS.
3) Responsible for assisting in direct return filing.
4) Assisting superior in preparation of balance sheet.
5) Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system.
6) Maintain and update records for payments and refunds.
7) Preparing bank reconciliation.
8) Verify invoices with appropriate supporting documentation prior to payment process.
