Overall 5+ years of experience.
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in VBCS.
- Should be proficient in Visual Builder/Oracle JET, Java Script, REST API, HTML, CSS, SQL.
- Should have functional knowledge in CRM, SFA and PRM.Knowledge in Oracle Digital Sales and CX Sales(Redwood).
- Should have knowledge in configuring business processes, security mechanisms like job roles and usage of different authentication mechanisms(Bearer Token, Basic Auth, OAuth, JWT) etc.
- Experience in OICS(Oracle Integration Cloud) will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to go through existing configuration/ scripting and be able to create functional/ technical documents.

**Desired Criteria**:

- 4+ years of industry experience in Oracle CX - Sales.Knowledge and technical know-how in Oracle Next Gen Digital Sales and Redwood will be added advantage.
- Strong expertise and experience in technical solutioning.
- Should be able to understand and transform business requirements to CX solutions.
- Should be able to work in any shift.Should have excellent analytical skills to solve complex problems.
- Certificate in CX App Development/CX Integration is preferred.
