Structured hybrid role:
Introduction:
Your role sits within Pru Reg CoE-BBI RWA reporting team, where you will be supporting the daily, monthly and quarterly RWA reporting of Barclays Bank Ireland (BBI) PLC, having oversight on the Reg MI maintenance, engaging with the business and treasury colleagues and providing timely inputs to help them with outlook and target management from RWA perspective.

What will you be doing?
- Ensure daily reporting is done timely and accurately.
- Have an oversight of the consolidation of numbers at BBI (Barclays Bank Ireland) on monthly basis and ensure that the all the required reconciliations and control checks are performed;
- Ensure that the RWA business level allocations are appropriately updated in Reg MI and any issues, raised by business, are addressed at the earliest;
- Perform the analytical review of the overall RWAs at the higher level and ensure that the commentaries pulled in and understood before the same are provided to Sr Mgmt;
- Be the AVP level reviewer of the COREP tables (Credit risk tables) as per the schedule of responsibilities at the BBI level. Ensure that the disclosures are accurate, complete and consistent and are aligned to the regulations. The ownership includes analytical reviews, Dailies/ME workings preparations, facing queries from the Sr Mgmt, if any.
- Ensuring compliance with the controls and governance procedures at the Pru Reg, documenting all the reviews & evidence appropriately and appropriate adherence to standards related to EUDAs, I&Js, IMAs etc.
- Participate actively in the transform and automation initiatives and provide the required inputs/ feedback in the capacity of an SME from the BaU perspective.

What we’re looking for:

- MBA Finance; FRM; CFA; Qualified Chartered Accountant; with 8+ years of work experience.
- Good analytical skills
