Job Title: IT Sales Professional
**Job Description**:
As an IT Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of IT products and services to clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate IT solutions to meet their requirements. Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand clients' IT needs and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate IT products and services to potential customers.
- Articulate the value proposition and benefits of the IT solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customize IT solutions based on client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure sales.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and manage the sales cycle effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitors' offerings.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand network and promote the company's IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to understand and analyze client needs effectively.
5. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
6. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
9. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
10. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
