**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain company services and generate interest.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels (digital marketing, website, references).
- Maintain a database of customer information and update regularly.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support client acquisition.
- Schedule meetings for the business development team.
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Odia**.
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
- Basic knowledge of IT services or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: +2 / Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or BPO is an advantage.
