We have immediate requirement for Clinical psychologist for Motherhood Hospital

Qualification; MSC - Clinical Psychologist

Experience : 5yrs - 10yrs

Please find the JD Below:

- To take clinical rounds of the hospital.
- To meet all patients and attendants.
- To meet all attendants of the patients admitted in NICU/PICU.
- To assess the mental well-being of patients and attendants.
- Work closely with consultants in various specialties and notify them in case there’s something noticeable in any of their patients or attendants.
- To notify the authorities in case any discontent if sensed among patients/attendants.
- To meet and counsel all patients undergoing treatment for fertility related disorders and counsel them, in accordance with ART Act.
- To meet and counsel all patients due for elective surgeries and notify consultants in case of situations or mental conditions which may negatively impact the clinical outcomes.
- To meet all post-partum patients, coming for follow-up, and counsel them on any signs of depression or stress which occasionally follows the birth of a baby..
- To advise on escalation to a psychiatrist, wherever required.
- To participate in antenatal counselling sessions as part of Lamaze sessions organized by the hospital.
- To suggest and conduct special clinics wherever required.
- To understand the stages of pregnancy and counsel patients accordingly, to alleviate the misconceptions and apprehensions associated with child birth.
- To meet clinicians regularly and seek their advise and requirements for their patients/attendants.
- To prepare teaching/advisory material for pregnant and surgical patients and attendants.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
