**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect unusual or suspicious activity.
- Ensure all cameras and recording equipment are functioning properly at all times.
- Report incidents or security concerns to the Security Manager or relevant authorities promptly.
- Maintain logs and records of activities, incidents, and equipment checks.
- Coordinate with on-ground security staff during emergencies or incidents.
- Preserve video evidence and assist in investigations when required.
- Follow company policies and confidentiality standards while handling security footage.
- Conduct routine checks of control room systems and report technical issues.
- Support in implementing safety and security procedures across the premises.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification**:Diploma / ITI / +2 or any equivalent qualification**.
- Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of surveillance systems and security protocols.
- Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to remain alert and focused during long monitoring hours.
- Familiarity with computers and CCTV software operation.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

**Working Conditions**:

- Control room-based position.
- Rotational shifts as per the company schedule.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
