Designation - IT Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities: -**

**Key Result Areas -**
- Updation of Windows Server Patches & Updates in alignment with user needs and system functionality.
- Install and allocate workstations as authorized along with assigned softwares.
- Identify problem areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Execute and facilitate implementation of new Software / ERP System.
- Monthly Virus scanning Activity and Quarterly Servicing of all Pc’s.
- Check and upgrade/ repair networking circuits.
- Daily Backup of Mail Server, Data Server, Tally Server, Server Patches & Updates
- Administration of Digital Camera, Data Card & Xerox Machine at all Sites/Branches/Factory
- Updating of Access control system, Antivirus, etc
- Resolve all issues for hardware, software and network operating system.
- Connect & set up computer hardware & Provide servicing of all computers’
- Activate & update software licenses.
- Provide computer/software/printers related services whenever required to employees of HO / Sites / Factory
- Troubleshoot all computer/software/printers related issues.
- To handover weekly data backup for data protection.

**The Person**
- Ability to install & administer computer hardware, software & networks.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective verbal, presentation & listening communications skills.
- Time management skills.**Education**

Any Graduate / Diploma in Hardware, Software & Networking.

Minimum 3+years in IT

Work Location - Vasai East, Mumbai. Pick & Drop from Vasai Station

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
